Adventures in Norway: The Story of Olaf and Ane
Illustrated by Whittemore, Constance
"Adventures in Norway" is the endearing story of two young children, Olaf and Ane, from very different parts of their country. Ane, a young girl from the city, goes to stay with Olaf and his family while her parents are away. Together they learn the customs and stories of their country while playing on the farm, fetching wild berries, learning about Lapland, and much more. From the cold winters through the beautiful springtime in rural Norway, the story brings the country and its traditions to life.
